Xingye Jianda Wins Four Packages: Another Strong Showing in the State Grid Tianjin Project

December 22, 2025 — State Grid’s e-commerce platform today officially published the winning list for The Third 2025 Competitive Negotiation Procurement of Materials by State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company. Beijing Xingye Jianda Electric Co., Ltd. (“Xingye Jianda”) stood out with its technical strength and comprehensive service capability, winning four material accessory packages covering circuit breaker mechanism accessories, switchgear embedded poles and other key equipment, further consolidating its leading position in power equipment manufacturing.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Fangshan District, Beijing, Xingye Jianda is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. It holds 41 patents and 14 software copyrights and has passed ISO quality management system certification. Its core business covers high and low voltage distribution cabinets, smart substation equipment and electrical automation systems. Its products are known for high reliability and intelligence, and are widely used in State Grid, rail transit and renewable energy projects.

The four winning packages are:

  • Package 005-Material Accessories 14: circuit breaker mechanism accessories (amount undisclosed)
  • Package 005-Material Accessories 16: circuit breaker mechanism accessories
  • Package 005-Material Accessories 17: circuit breaker mechanism accessories
  • Package 005-Material Accessories 18: switchgear trolley embedded poles

These accessories are core components for power equipment O&M and upgrading, and are critical to the safe and stable operation of the grid. With precision manufacturing processes and a strict quality control system, Xingye Jianda has won State Grid Tianjin projects consecutively, highlighting its specialized capability in this niche.

In recent years, Xingye Jianda has performed impressively in State Grid tenders. In 2025 alone it was repeatedly shortlisted for material procurement projects in Tianjin, Anhui, Fujian and other regions, covering cable accessories, intelligent monitoring devices and other categories. This win at Tianjin Electric Power further confirms market recognition of the company’s technical strength.

Industry experts note that power equipment procurement places extremely high demands on supplier qualifications, production capacity and after-sales service. As an SRDI enterprise, Xingye Jianda responds quickly to customer needs through an integrated “R&D + production + service” model, forming differentiated advantages particularly in customized accessory supply. For example, its circuit breaker mechanism accessories feature a modular design with strong compatibility, adaptable to various switchgear models and significantly reducing grid retrofit costs.

As the dual-carbon goals advance, State Grid is accelerating the development of smart grids and renewable energy infrastructure. The third 2025 material procurement by State Grid Tianjin focused on digital and green equipment, including smart substation monitoring systems and energy-saving transformers, with total investment exceeding RMB 1 billion. Following policy direction closely, Xingye Jianda has maintained R&D investment at 8% of revenue in recent years, launching multiple products adapted to the new power system.

For example, its intelligent distribution terminal can monitor line load and locate faults in real time with data transmission accuracy of 99.9%, and has been deployed in several smart park projects in Tianjin Binhai New Area. Such technological innovations not only raise the company’s win rate, but also provide practical examples for the industry’s intelligent transformation.

“Winning State Grid projects consecutively is the market’s trust in us, and also our responsibility,” said Gu Huijun, Chairman of Xingye Jianda. “Going forward we will increase R&D investment in UHV equipment and energy storage systems, and strive to become a benchmark enterprise in China’s power equipment manufacturing.”

The company has launched an expansion plan for its Tianjin regional service center, and plans to add two automated production lines in 2026, raising capacity by 40% to match the supply chain efficiency requirements of customers such as State Grid.

This win reflects both the company’s strength and the vigorous trend of China’s power equipment manufacturing industry moving toward high-end and intelligent development. Driven by both “new infrastructure” and the energy revolution, enterprises with technological innovation as their core competitiveness are embracing unprecedented development opportunities.
