On October 8, State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company, together with the Shandong Provincial Energy Bureau, held the launch meeting for the new energy grid connection campaign, releasing ten measures to accelerate efficient grid connection of new energy projects, promoting 54 key new energy projects in Shandong Province to connect to the grid by year-end.
To ensure efficient grid connection of key new energy projects, State Grid Shandong Power introduced ten measures: deepening government-enterprise collaboration by establishing a normalized mechanism for information exchange, joint problem-solving, and resource coordination with energy authorities; establishing a three-level linkage promotion mechanism across provincial, municipal, and county power supply companies, forming a work pattern of vertical linkage and division of responsibilities through daily tracking and weekly meetings.
Dispatch agencies of municipal power supply companies established a 1-plus-N task force service system, with one general coordinator and active participation from various specialties. New energy project grid connection services implement a single-window acceptance and time-limited completion model. The list of planned grid-connected new energy projects is dynamically updated, with detailed node control measures.
State Grid Shandong Power continues to optimize its Qingfeng Nuanyang (Clear Wind and Warm Sun) new energy grid connection service brand, organizing relevant professionals to provide on-site technical support during three important stages of new energy projects: preliminary planning, construction, and pre-grid-connection phases, refining and implementing full-process technical guidance for project grid connection.
Optimizing the new energy grid connection business process, establishing a 24-hour grid connection service response mechanism, and compressing grid connection business processing time. Innovating a two-stage acceptance model with pre-acceptance to help project owners identify and eliminate defects in advance, coordinating formal acceptance timing to help new energy projects go online early and efficiently.
Identifying responsible persons for grid-related tests at the project initiation stage, coordinating test time windows and commissioning resources, and prioritizing completion of grid-related tests for key projects. Strictly maintaining safety control baselines throughout the grid connection process and providing high-quality new energy grid connection services. Publishing service evaluation results of municipal power supply companies to fully promote early grid connection and power generation for new energy projects.
According to the company, by year-end, Shandong Province’s wind and solar installed capacity is expected to reach 137 million kilowatts, with wind and solar power generation reaching 163 billion kilowatt-hours, maintaining its leading position nationwide. State Grid Shandong Power will further optimize new energy project grid connection services to support the province’s green and low-carbon high-quality development.
