On October 27, Guiyang and Gui’an New Area signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Guizhou Power Grid Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Guizhou Power Grid”). Zheng Li, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Guizhou Province and Secretary of the Guiyang Municipal Party Committee and Gui’an New Area Party Working Committee, met with Wu Guopei, Chairman and Party Secretary of Guizhou Power Grid.
The meeting proposed that both sides should establish a regular government-enterprise joint coordination mechanism to collaboratively advance the “15th Five-Year Plan” power grid development planning, ensure investment and construction of power grid projects, build a good power supply business environment, promote new business formats and new scenarios such as source-grid-load-storage integration, virtual power plants, and smart electricity applications, and jointly cultivate emerging industries in green electricity, charging and swapping, and power big data to achieve high-quality mutual benefit and win-win cooperation. Guizhou Power Grid will fully promote the implementation of the strategic cooperation agreement, effectively implement the “15th Five-Year Plan” new distribution system planning, and serve the modern industrial system. It will deepen the coordination of the “Six Networks,” empowering modern infrastructure construction with a new-type power grid.
Wang Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Guiyang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Fan Huizheng, Deputy Secretary of the Gui’an New Area Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee, and Zhao Youcheng, Director of Guizhou Power Grid witnessed the signing. Leaders from Guiyang and Gui’an and Guizhou Power Grid attended the signing or meeting.
